The Senate Sergeant at Arms (SAA) is seeking a detail‑oriented, proactive Human Resources Business Partner I (HRBP I) to support the Personnel Data Management vertical. The HRBP I collaborates effectively across HR divisions in a fast‑paced and evolving environment, applying strong analytical skills, effective time management, and a service‑oriented approach when supporting internal stakeholders.
The primary responsibility of this role is to support classification and position management, ensuring organizational structures and personnel data remain aligned and accurate. Secondary responsibilities include processing personnel actions and other payroll‑related personnel changes to ensure timely and precise updates. The incumbent will also assist with maintaining digital and structured data storage and supporting technology‑driven improvements in data workflows. Additionally, the HRBP I will help identify opportunities to enhance data processes and overall operational efficiency.
