Responsibilities
- Assist bartenders by restocking bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and ensuring the bar area remains clean and organized throughout service
- Deliver food orders promptly from the kitchen to tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met
- Buss tables efficiently by clearing dishes, resetting tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas
- Support the kitchen team with basic food handling and preparation tasks as needed to facilitate smooth service flow
- Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to coordinate timely service delivery
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards and sanitation protocols at all times
- Provide exceptional guest service by responding promptly to guest needs and ensuring a welcoming environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred
- Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation standards
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Experience with banquet service, bussing, or food preparation enhances your candidacy
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for guest interactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights comfortably during shifts
- Kitchen or culinary experience, hotel background, or hospitality training is advantageous but not required
