Site Development Company based out of Sanford, Fl is seeking an equipment operator to bring to the team. Prior expierence in site development, land clearing, underground utilities and/or concrete is preferred. Must be punctual with great attendance! Selected candidate must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
Primary Duties will include but are not limited to:
· Safe operation of construction equipment such as Dozers, Front End Loader, Backhoes, Tractors, Attachments, Motor Graders, etc.
· Should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience operating a skid steer/bobcat
· Operating hand tools: concrete saws, jack hammers, plate tamps
· Maintaining OSHA safety guidelines
· Quality Assurance and problem solving as issues are found
