We prefer someone with management experience, but if you’re an RN with nursing home experience and a passion for growth, we’re happy to train the right candidate.

What You’ll Do:
As ADON you’ll help lead and manage our Nursing Services Department. You’ll ensure all care provided meets state and federal standards, support and mentor nursing staff, and collaborate with the Administrator and Director of Nursing to maintain excellence in resident care.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of nursing services
Ensure regulatory compliance
Support, guide, and evaluate nursing staff
Foster a positive and professional care environment
Ensure documentation is completed on time by clinical staff
