As a Patient Service Specialist, you’ll be the welcoming face of our office — greeting patients, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and ensuring every visit runs smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist patients during check-in and check-out
- Schedule appointments in our Practice Management System
- Answer phone calls, emails, and patient questions with care and professionalism
- Verify insurance information and assist with billing
- Collect co-pays and patient fees as needed
- Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers
- Help with general office duties such as filing, scanning, data entry, and faxing
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.50 per hour
