Job Summary
Gem State Staffing in Rexburg and Idaho Falls is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator (Bilingual Preferred) to join our energetic team! In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating staffing activities, ensuring seamless communication between candidates, hiring managers, and external partners. You will be expected to execute fast-paced office activities smoothly while meticulously documenting everything with a pep in your step! The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills both written and in-person, and must be comfortable and confident with marketing processes.
This role will require travel between our Southeast Idaho offices, so reliable transportation is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and applicants
- Coordinate staffing needs, including recruiting, onboarding, and placement
- Conduct client outreach and maintain strong business relationships
- Assist with marketing efforts, including job postings and community engagement
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle general office communication
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is organized
- Problem-solve staffing challenges quickly and effectively
- Support daily office operations and team collaboration
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Previous customer service, staffing, or office experience strongly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Detail-oriented with a high level of professionalism
- Positive attitude with strong people skills
- Adaptable, solution-minded, and able to think on your feet
- Marketing or client outreach experience is a plus
- Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between offices
- Professional appearance required
