Location: This is a full-time on-site opportunity based in Geneva, Illinois, where you'll work closely with attorneys and a dedicated legal team in a collaborative office environment.
Note: Applicants must have at least 2 years of personal injury law experience. Experience supporting either plaintiff or defense personal injury litigation is welcomed.

Job Description
- Support attorneys throughout the personal injury litigation process.
- Draft, review, and organize pleadings, discovery, correspondence, and legal documents.
- Manage case files and maintain litigation deadlines.
- Obtain and organize medical records, billing records, and supporting evidence.
- Communicate professionally with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, experts, and opposing counsel.
- Prepare deposition, mediation, arbitration, and trial materials.
- Coordinate case scheduling and attorney calendars.
- Assist with settlement documentation and case resolution.
- Maintain accurate case management records while ensuring deadlines are met.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of personal injury paralegal experience.
- Experience supporting personal injury litigation matters.
- Strong organizational and document management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple active files simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
