As a GEAR UP Utah Outreach Mentor, you will work directly with high school, junior high, and middle school students, providing academic support, encouragement, and guidance as they prepare for rigorous academics, graduation, higher education, and future careers.
This role offers the opportunity to build positive relationships with students and school staff, serve as a mentor and role model, and help various learners develop the skills and confidence needed to achieve their goals.
You will play an important role in expanding students’ awareness of college opportunities, financial aid resources, and pathways to success.
