Job Description:
This is a Full-time on-site role for a Histotechnologist with Cryostat Experience at Vitro Molecular Laboratories in Miami, FL. The Histotechnologist will be responsible for processing tissue samples, operating cryostats, performing frozen sections, performing quality control measures, and utilizing laboratory skills to support diagnostic testing.
Qualifications
- Histology and Pathology skills
- Demonstrated experience performing frozen sections in a clinical or hospital laboratory setting
- Completed degree(s)/ licensing from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
- Histotechnologist License
- Quality Control and Laboratory Skills
- Experience with cryostat operation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
