Job Overview
D&D Mulch and Landscape is seeking a dependable and experienced Landscape Crew Leader to manage and work alongside a field crew. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on landscaping skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with a bilingual team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a landscape crew on a daily basis
- Install and spread mulch
- Prepare and install new lawns (grading, loam, seeding)
- Operate hydroseeding equipment
- Drive company truck and trailer safely to job sites
- Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and meet quality standards
- Communicate professionally with crew members and customers
Requirements
- Bilingual required: English and Portuguese
- Prior landscaping experience required
- Crew leadership experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license in good standing
- Ability to safely operate equipment and vehicles
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Preferred (Not Required)
Schedule
- Full-time, seasonal (April through late November)
- Monday–Friday, with some Saturdays as needed
