Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Assistant to help ensure our facilities remain safe, clean, and in good working condition. This role supports general maintenance operations and assists with repairs, inspections, and upkeep tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)
- Perform basic troubleshooting and fix minor issues
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tools, and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings and grounds
- Support preventative maintenance programs
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests
- Assist with setting up equipment and furniture as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance or handyman experience required
- Basic knowledge of tools and repair techniques
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and perform manual tasks
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
