Job Summary
We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Senior Vice President of Operations to lead our operational initiatives and drive organizational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in operations management, strategic planning, and leadership within healthcare or related sectors. As a key member of the executive team, you will oversee the development and execution of operational strategies, optimize processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement to support our mission of delivering exceptional home care services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies aligned with organizational goals to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Lead large-scale change management initiatives to adapt to evolving healthcare landscapes and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the management of daily operations across multiple departments, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Drive process improvement projects to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and improve patient outcomes through innovative solutions.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities to ensure sustainable growth and resource allocation.
- Lead senior leadership teams in strategic planning, business development efforts, and program management initiatives.
- Cultivate a high-performance organizational culture by supervising senior managers, promoting leadership development, and ensuring effective team collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, with at least 5 years in the healthcare or DME sector.
- Proven senior leadership experience within healthcare operations or comparable sectors with a focus on managing complex organizational functions.
- Extensive expertise in change management, strategic planning, and operations management.
- Demonstrated success in supervising teams, managing large-scale projects, and implementing process improvements.
- Strong background in business development, program management, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Experience in managing compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards is highly desirable.

Pay: From $180,000.00 per year
