What You'll Be Doing
As a Swim Instructor, you'll work one-on-one with students of all ages and abilities, helping them build confidence, develop lifelong water safety skills, and achieve their personal swimming goals.
Every lesson is personalized, rewarding, and different.
Your responsibilities include:
- Teach private swim lessons using The Swim Pro's proven teaching methods
- Create a fun, encouraging, and safe learning environment
- Help students overcome fears and celebrate milestones
- Adapt lessons to each student's unique needs and learning style
- Build positive relationships with students and families
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and excellent customer service

We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has 3+ years of experience teaching children to swim at an established swim school (required)
- Brings positive energy and enthusiasm to every lesson
- Is patient, dependable, and professional
- Loves helping students build confidence and succeed
- Can commit to a consistent schedule for at least 2–3 months
- Is excited to learn and teach The Swim Pro Adult Method
- Will obtain CPR & First Aid certification after hire

We're currently hiring instructors who can work:
Weekday Afternoons & Evenings
- Monday–Thursday: 2:00 PM – 6:30 PM
- Friday: 1:00 PM – 5:30 PM
Weekend Daytime Hours
- Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Locations: Campbell & Santa Clara
Work Location: In person
