Responsibilities
- Provide direct support and advocacy for residents, ensuring their needs are heard and addressed promptly.
- Assist with intake processes by gathering essential information and conducting initial assessments.
- Implement behavioral health and behavior management strategies to promote positive community interactions.
- Conduct crisis intervention when necessary, de-escalating conflicts and ensuring safety for all residents.
- Support residents with childcare, medication administration, and basic health needs following established protocols.
- Maintain accurate data entry, filing, and data collection related to resident records and case management documentation.
- Collaborate with security personnel to uphold safety standards within the community environment.
- Facilitate communication between residents, families, service providers, and internal teams to coordinate care plans effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in residential or community settings is highly desirable.
- Strong crisis intervention skills with the ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure.
- Experience in childcare, addiction counseling, social work or behavioral health is preferred.
- Knowledge of conflict management techniques and conflict resolution strategies.
- Familiarity with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) programs or home & community care experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse populations and documenting interactions clearly.
- Ability to perform first aid procedures confidently when needed.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
