A leading manufacturer of durable medical equipment (DME), is seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager with expertise in powered mobility solutions, provider sales, and healthcare account development.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding market share by building strong relationships with clinics, rehabilitation centers, home medical equipment providers, and healthcare facilities while driving adoption of powered wheelchairs and mobility solutions.
Responsibilities
- Drive territory growth by developing strategic relationships with clinics, rehabilitation providers, home medical equipment dealers, and healthcare facilities.
- Increase market penetration by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing customer accounts throughout the assigned region.
- Execute a territory sales strategy that consistently achieves and exceeds revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate providers on powered mobility solutions, helping customers select products that best meet patient needs.
- Maintain a high level of contract compliance while proactively managing renewals and strengthening long-term customer partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Customer Service, Technical Support, Marketing, Finance, and Sales Operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Stay informed on reimbursement guidelines, competitive products, market trends, and industry developments to position solutions effectively.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, activity reports, and expense reporting while maintaining CRM data integrity.
- Resolve customer concerns, warranty issues, and service needs promptly to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
Top Qualifications
- 2+ years of outside sales experience within durable medical equipment, rehabilitation, medical devices, or a related healthcare industry.
- Demonstrated success selling powered wheelchairs, mobility products, rehabilitation equipment, or comparable medical products.
- Strong consultative selling, territory management, business development, and account management experience.
- Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, third-party reimbursement, and payer requirements.
- Experience building relationships with clinics, rehabilitation centers, HME providers, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms, with SAP experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel approximately 50% throughout the assigned territory.

Salary: $100K - 120K + Commission
Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
