nSync Consulting Services is seeking a dependable and motivated Assembler / Material Handler to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. This position plays a key role in supporting both production and warehouse operations by assembling quality products, moving materials efficiently, and ensuring production lines remain supplied to meet daily manufacturing goals.
The ideal candidate has manufacturing experience, enjoys hands-on work, and is committed to safety, quality, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Assemble products and components according to work instructions and quality standards.
- Read and interpret work orders, assembly instructions, and blueprints.
- Operate assembly equipment, hand tools, and small production machinery.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
- Package finished products and prepare kits for shipment.
- Supply raw materials and components to production lines.
- Move materials and finished goods throughout the facility using material handling equipment.
- Load, stack, and organize pallets for storage and shipping.
- Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and material movement.
- Report equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, or safety hazards promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Support other production and warehouse departments as business needs require.
- Follow all company safety policies and manufacturing procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience.
- Experience reading work orders and assembly instructions preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- Forklift or other material handling equipment experience is a plus (training/certification available).
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to safely handle materials and operate production equipment.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing and warehouse environment.
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
