Holtzman Home Improvement of Tempe is a full-service design/build firm. We are seeking an experienced Kitchen and Bathroom remodeling sales representative to join our growing team of remodeling professionals. Our desired candidate will have at least (5) years of verifiable remodeling - construction sales and design experience.
Qualified candidates must have the following experience or proven ability to perform the following:
- Professional education in design or construction field of study
- A strong desire to significantly increase their income
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, goal-oriented environment
- Ability to work in an environment that rewards teamwork and cohesiveness
- Chief Architect knowledge
- 2020 Design Software mastered
- Successful at developing and nurturing client relationships
- Polished communication and time management skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Aptitude and desire to acquire new skills
- Construction sales background
- Flexible schedule Monday thru Sunday
- Proven cabinetry ordering experience
- Ability to communicate a client's design with installers and PM
- Provide all elevation drawings and floor plans with completed notes on every job
- Order Confirmation knowledge
- Must be able to work in a strong team environment
- Must be able to work with 3 to 5 lines of cabinetry at 1 time
- Knowledge of 5 plus brands and history of design required
