Janitorial Area Supervisor (BILINGUAL)
We are currently looking for a full time candidate with a minimum of 5 years of Janitorial Experience and 3 Years in a Supervisor position with English and Spanish proficiency.
-The Area Supervisor is responsible for the Quality Control of the assigned buildings and is responsible for communicating daily with the customer.
-The Area Supervisor must have a good personal management skill
-Must have fully developed skills in a variety of cleaning processes.
-Must have experience in floor maintenance such as stripping and shampooing.
- Must be able to pass background check and have a good driving record.
-Provide Management direction ensuring smooth operation to assigned projects according to contract specification
-Personnel Training and Supervision
-Prepare periodic work schedule
-Responsible for overall direction and coordination of assigned project.
-Must have a valid Driver License.
-Must speak English and Spanish
Compensation based on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
