Store Operations: Keep the heartbeat of our store strong. You will ensure processing of inventory, marketing and promotional signage, cash transactions, visual merchandising and coordinating promotional activities are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Create Shareable Moments: Provide excellent customer service with a passion for creating positive and memorable shopping experiences. Encourage customers to show off their new accessories and piercings, turning their Claire’s haul into the next viral moment.

Position Requirements:
- You can conduct piercings and demonstrate patience and empathy, particularly with young or anxious customers.
- You are proficient in operating a POS system and handling cash to facilitate transactions and manage sales efficiently.
- You can stand during scheduled shifts and maneuver 25–75lbs. You can bend, stoop, extended reaching, and climb ladders and step stools.
- You are energized by interacting with customers and stive to provide excellent service throughout their visit.
- You are inspired by our values of teamwork, compassion, integrity, diversity, and self-expression.
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, employees, and management.
- You possess a strong grasp of mathematics, essential for tasks such as inventory management, sales analysis, and cash handling.
- You are a driven team player with a positive attitude and willingness to contribute and learn.
- You’re self-motivated, productive and organized, as some of our stores require you to work alone at times. Ability to multi-task is a must.
- Ability to perform opening and closing shifts, and be available to work weekends and some holidays required.
- Reliable transportation is required, and flexibility to work at other locations is preferred.
