We're happy to work around class schedules. We have part-time and full-time positions available.
Pay & Compensation
- $14–$16 per hour (average total earnings)
Based on hourly pay plus mileage reimbursement, tips, and bonus opportunities
- Base hourly pay
- Generous Mileage reimbursement (paid separately from hourly wages and not subject to payroll taxes)
- Cash and digital tips (paid separately from hourly wages and not subject to payroll taxes)
- Bonus pay opportunities offered throughout the year
Responsibilities
- Perform residential cleaning services according to Tallahassee Clean standards
- Follow daily checklists, client notes, and specific cleaning instructions
- Clean efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail
- Work collaboratively with team members and Team Leads
- Ensure client homes are cared for respectfully and professionally
- Report supply needs or concerns to the Team Lead
- Help maintain a positive experience for every client
- Uphold company standards for quality, professionalism, and reliability
Qualifications
- Residential cleaning experience preferred (training provided)
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work as part of a team and take direction
- Dependable, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
- Able to pass a background check
Shifts Open
- Full-Time: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am to 3 or 5 pm
- Part-Time: 8:30 am - 1 or 3 pm on days available
- Occasional weekends if available, but not required
