Specific Role Details: Warehouse Associate
We are looking for an experienced and dependable Warehouse Associate to join our team. The position is responsible for picking and packing outbound orders, receiving inbound shipments, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse, and completing computer-based tasks including shipping label creation, and order editing, and and order processing.
This position offers the opportunity to quickly grow into a higher-level role for someone who demonstrates strong initiative, reliability, attention to detail, and leadership potential, while starting in a foundational role.
Warehouse Schedule:
Monday through Thursday, approximately 8:30am-6:30pm. Start and end time may vary somewhat depending on daily workload and operational needs.

General Job Description
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for a variety of tasks such as shipping, receiving, and inventory-handling, and warehouse organization tasks. The goal of this position is to increase team efficiency, accurate order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate is a highly self-motivated individual who is looking to join a growing and enthusiastic team. This candidate will develop relationships with our other warehouse, driver, and office team members to effectively work together in completing the day-to-day tasks of product distribution.
The position includes physical warehouse work as well as computer-based shipping and order-processing tasks. The employee must be comfortable identifying and promptly reporting inventory, order, shipping, or receiving discrepancies.
Optional Backup Driver Duties:
We would prefer a candidate that has some delivery driving experience and is willing to occasionally cover driving shifts when our regular drivers is unavailable.
Backup driving is limited to a few shifts a quarter. Most covered shifts are scheduled in advance, although occasionally there are last-minute driving shifts if a driver is unavailable unexpectedly.
Driving shift hours start in the early morning, approx 5am-3pm, but vary depending on the shift.
Backup driving is preferred but is not required for consideration for the Warehouse Associate position.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous Warehouse, shipping, receiving, fulfillment, or similar experience required.
- Must possess strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Must be reliable and committed to being here for every shift; our customers rely on timely delivery.
- Able to work independently while also communicating and collaborating effectively with the team.
- Delivery-driving experience preferred for candidates interested in serving as a backup driver.
- Able to safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other standard warehouse equipment.
- Able to meet the physical requirements of the position, including prolonged standing and walking; bending, squatting, reaching, and repetitive movement; climbing warehouse stairs; and regularly lifting and moving packages weighing approximately 25–50 pounds, with heavier team lifts occasionally required.
Additional Requirements for Backup Drivers:
Candidates who perform backup-driving duties must:
- Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
- Be comfortable driving delivery cargo vans and completing commercial delivery routes.
- Be available for occasional early-morning shifts and, when reasonably possible, short-notice coverage.

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
