CAM Property Services is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our Janitorial/Day Porter team. This position is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments across assigned properties.
Clean and sanitize designated areas including:
Restrooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, corridors, stairways, locker rooms, and elevators
Rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies
Windows, walls, ceilings, furniture, and fixtures
Sweep, mop, scrub, polish, and vacuum floors
Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to disposal areas
Polish metal surfaces
Refill supplies as needed (e.g., toilet paper, soap, paper towels)
Comply with all safety, health, and sanitation policies and procedures
Use appropriate cleaning agents and equipment in accordance with OSHA and Cal/OSHA safety standards
Other duties as assigned within the scope of janitorial services
The physical demands listed below are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this position:
Frequently required to stand, walk, climb, kneel, stoop, crouch, and bend
Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds independently
Use of hands for cleaning, operating equipment, and handling materials
Vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus

Work performed in a variety of commercial properties (indoor and outdoor)

Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism on client premises
Previous janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience is a plus but not required
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
