Work Schedule: Position may be scheduled Monday through Saturday, first or second shift, based on company needs and/or volume. This position regularly requires long hours and weekend work as directed.
Reports to: Local Operations Manager
Position Summary: The Lead functions as the team lead in deliveries and installation of appliances for the assigned truck route, trains new teams. The Lead is responsible for assisting customers and other employees with the delivery and installation process. Stays abreast of all new installation requirements. Carries out and assumes an active role in the company by performing the responsibilities and duties for the position under the direction of local area management. Provides general direction to the assigned Helper as necessary. The Lead assists the Delivery & QC Manager. The Lead completes training, on-boarding, and/or orientation of new Pride employees or contracted work teams. Must have DOT. Must have clean background & driving record.
