We are seeking a specialized Part-Time Nurse Practitioner (NP) to manage our Medical Weight Loss and Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) programs in Murfreesboro, TN. In this role, you will focus on metabolic health, hormone optimization, and personalized lifestyle management. The position is primarily in-clinic, with telehealth options available when needed. Key Responsibilities
Evaluate comprehensive hormone, thyroid, and metabolic blood panels.
Prescribe, monitor, and titrate customized HRT protocols safely.
Design medical weight loss plans using GLP-1s and lifestyle modifications.
Track patient biometric trends, vitals, and body composition changes.
Educate patients on injection techniques, safety, and supplement use.
Adjust therapeutic dosages based on symptom resolution and regular lab work.
Minimum Qualifications
State Licensure: Current, unencumbered Nurse Practitioner license in Tennessee.
Active NPI Number: Must have a valid National Provider Identifier.
Active DEA Certification: Required for prescribing hormone therapies.
