⭐ Full-Time Office & Customer Service Representative
Are you a friendly, dependable, organized person who enjoys working with customers and being part of a team? We’re looking for someone who can bring great customer service, attention to detail, and a positive attitude to our busy office!
This is a varied, full-time position where no two days are exactly alike. You’ll work directly with customers, help keep daily office operations running smoothly, and play an important role behind the scenes.
☎ What You’ll Do
Answer incoming phone calls and provide friendly, professional customer service
Assist customers with questions, orders, and account needs
Help with product ordering and inventory needs
Maintain and update customer and company records
Assist with LP and state compliance requirements and record keeping
Complete daily office and administrative tasks
Communicate with customers, vendors, and team members
Stay organized while managing multiple priorities
Work both independently and alongside a team
Help keep the office running efficiently and provide an excellent customer experience
No Holidays or weekends
We’re Looking For Someone Who Is
- Friendly, dependable, and professional
- Comfortable talking with customers and answering phones
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Able to multitask and prioritize
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- A strong communicator with a positive attitude
- Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities
- Previous office, customer service, or administrative experience is a plus!
