Full Time Customer Care Representative needed!
Cambridge Credit Counseling, a non-profit agency located in Agawam, MA, is currently seeking customer care professionals to join our growing team.
Our company was founded in 1996 and has since helped hundreds of thousands of individuals and families resolve their financial challenges by helping them reduce or eliminate their unsecured debts and by providing them the financial education they need to stay debt-free forever. Our customer care representatives assist clients from all across the country by answering their questions and resolving any issues they may have.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment, therefore our customer care representatives must be able to handle multiple tasks in an efficient and timely manner, while maintaining a pleasant demeanor when speaking to our clients.
All of our Customer Care representatives are also required to pass a credit counselor certification course. However, you will be provided with all of the training and tools you’ll need to ensure that you are successful. The starting pay for this position is $15.00 per hour, your hourly rate will increase to $16.00 per hour after 90 day probationary period.
The successful candidate will possess some or all of the following skills and/or traits:
- Career-oriented individual interested in long-term growth
- Perform multiple tasks efficiently and timely
- Answer a large volume of client calls per day
- A pleasant phone demeanor and professional disposition
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills, including the use of Windows, Word, Outlook, etc.
- Basic phone skills
- Ability to follow documented procedures and guides
- Detail-oriented – able to accurately enter customer data
- Knowledge of how credit cards and credit reporting works (helpful, but not required)

Full time position available. The hours for this position are Monday through Thursday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, and Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, eastern time.

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
