American Traveler is seeking a travel RN for an Outpatient Surgery (OR Circulator) position requiring at least 1 year of experience and a 4x10 day shift schedule.

Outpatient Surgery unit in a hospital setting, seeking an OR Circulator RN
-
Schedule: Day shift, 4x10 hours (6:45 AM–5:15 PM), no weekends
-
On-call required 5:00 PM–7:00 PM, 1–2 days per week for late cases

Floating within the facility within scope of practice and to other campus locations as needed

14-week contract

Active GA RN license or Compact RN license required

Minimum 1 year of OR circulator or outpatient surgery nursing experience

All required certifications must be current and copies provided for consideration

Two supervisory references (manager level or above; charge nurse not accepted) are highly preferred

First-time travelers are welcome to apply

Local candidates are accepted

RTO is capped at 7 days per contract; RTO cannot be requested during the first week of the assignment

Holiday coverage policy: if 1 or 2 major holidays fall within the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work all of them with no holiday RTO; if 3 major holidays fall within the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work 2 and may request 1 holiday off for approval

Major holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve/New Year's Day

No schedule change requests or alternate shift requests will be accommodated — the posted shift is firm

Travelers must be away from all facilities within this health system for a minimum of 1 full year before returning as a travel nurse

Full compliance with onboarding requirements is necessary to start on time; delays may result in a 2-week pushback due to bi-weekly orientation scheduling
