Key Responsibilities
- Perform start-up, commissioning, preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of precision cooling and humidification systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and controls-related issues to ensure optimal system performance.
- Support product integration and Building Management System (BMS) interfaces.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and provide basic product training during site visits.
- Coordinate service activities with Field Service Coordinators to ensure timely project completion.
- Review technical documentation before each service assignment.
- Complete detailed service reports, warranty documentation, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain service vehicle inventory, tools, and equipment.
- Submit accurate expense reports and service documentation in a timely manner.
- Provide remote technical support when required.
- Participate in ongoing technical and product training.
- Travel extensively throughout your assigned territory and be available for overtime and after-hours support as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Field Service Technician, HVAC Technician, Service Engineer,or in a similar field service role.
- Strong knowledge of commercial or industrial HVAC/R systems.
- Experience with commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of HVAC equipment.
- Ability to interpret electrical schematics and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems.
- Excellent customer service, communication, time management, and technical reporting skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field-based environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work overtime when required.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma with 1–2 years of HVAC/R trade school education or
- 1+ years of HVAC/R industry experience or
- Journeyman or Master HVAC License.
- EPA Certification.
- OSHA 10 Certification.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights.
- Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, and work in physically demanding environments.
- Willingness to travel by air and vehicle to customer sites throughout the assigned territory.

Pay: $40.00 - $44.00 per hour
