MDS Director (RN) – Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced MDS Director (RN) to join our skilled nursing team. This is a full-time, on-site leadership position for a licensed RN with a strong background in MDS coordination and compliance.
Requirements:
Active RN license
Minimum 1 year of experience as an MDS Lead or MDS Director
In-depth knowledge of PDPM, care planning, and RAI process
Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and regulatory guidelines
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities:
Oversee the MDS process to ensure accuracy and timely submissions
Lead the interdisciplinary team in developing comprehensive care plans
Monitor reimbursement optimization under PDPM
Ensure compliance with all state and federal documentation requirements
Educate and support facility staff on MDS protocols
