General Description:
This position is responsible for managing and growing our residential exterior repair department while meeting budgets and creating BHR Raving Fans.
Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead all repair technicians

Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, training, managing, and evaluating technicians

Conduct ride a long with technicians and provide feedback
-
Ensure all repairs and installs are completed to the highest quality standards

Communicate and monitor goals
-
Manage workload and schedules to best utilize manpower and maximize profits.

Facilitate weekly meetings
-
Resolve customer concerns as they arise and ensure complete satisfaction
-
Ensure all team members acquire 10-hour OSHA and always comply with OSHA safety standards.

Manage and stay within the department budget
-
Maximize lead opportunities, retain, and grow customer relations
-
Manage inventory, equipment, and fleet
-
Perform necessary paperwork needed

Create and implement service maintenance program
-
Work closely with service coordinator
-
Manage 24/7 Emergency Service Response

Create and implement storm response team
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in exterior renovations. (roof, siding, windows, and carpentry)

Valid Driver Licenses with clean driving record for past 5 years

Clean Background
-
Willing and able to respond to emergency repair calls at all times, including AM’s, PM’s, weekends, and holidays

Must be able and willing to perform manual labor when needed

Team player & strong leadership skills

Excellent communication skills

Basic computer skills
