- We are seeking an experienced Banquet Captain who has a desire to grow and learn. This position can lead to a successful candidate being promoted to a Wedding Coordinator position.

We are located on Clarence Center Rd. in Akron NY which is only 12 mins. from East Amherst & Transit Rd.
We are looking to expand our Banquet Captain Team. The Banquet Captain is an essential piece in providing exemplary services to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining good working relations and managing a staff of servers, bartenders and dishwashers
- Ensuring wedding and event timeline is executed to client expectations
- Responding quickly to guest requests in a friendly/professional manner and following up to ensure guest satisfaction
- Attend and assist Wedding Rehearsals in the afternoons/evenings the week of wedding
- Responsible for closing out events
