Job Type: Full-Time
About the Role
Are you a Nurse Practitioner who believes that healthcare for seniors should be about quality of life, not just managing a checklist of symptoms? Do you look at a lengthy medication list and think, "How can we safely stream-line this to make their days better?" If so, we want you on our team.
We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team in the Kansas City area. In this role, you will focus on chronic disease management for the senior population, with a heavy emphasis on supporting individuals and families navigating Dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.
Our practice philosophy is rooted in thoughtful de-prescribing, reducing medication burden, and prioritizing the comfort, dignity, and overall quality of care for our seniors.

The Right Credentials: Certified Nurse Practitioner with an active, unrestricted license in Missouri and/or Kansas (or eligible to obtain).
The Right Mindset: Strong clinical judgment in chronic disease management, and a firm belief that more medicine isn't always better medicine.
Localization: Based in or willing to commute within the greater Kansas City area.
