We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals needing personal care. At Home Matters Caregiving, you’ll be part of our Nurse-Guided Care approach that distinguishes us as leaders in the caregiving industry.

Position Summary
As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our clients by offering companionship, assistance with daily activities, and support for individuals with memory-related conditions or developmental disabilities. Your dedication to patient care and resident rights will help create a safe and nurturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, including: bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance
- Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure safety and comfort
- Monitor and document vital signs as needed and report changes in health status
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities
- Support individuals with memory care and dementia-related needs through tailored care
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment while following hygiene standards
- Respect resident rights, dignity, and privacy at all times
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support high-quality long-term care
- Assist with daily living activities while promoting independence whenever possible
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (required)
- Knowledge of memory care, dementia care, and developmental disabilities is a plus
- Ability to perform basic health monitoring tasks such as taking vital signs
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to improving others’ quality of life
- Understanding of resident rights and dedication to upholding them
- Ability to maintain a clean work environment and follow safety protocols
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed
- Must be able to commute to Williamson, Davidson, Maury, Summer, and Wilson counties
