Description:
George School, a Quaker boarding/day grades 9-12 college preparatory school located in Newtown, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, seeks a Registered Nurse (per diem) for the Saturday and/or Sunday day or evening shifts (9 am-3 pm or 3pm–11pm).
Responsibilities

Serve and evaluate the students who are ill or injured.

Provide emergency care and basic first aid.

Dispense and administer prescribed medications per physician instructions.

Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare professionals to ensure the overall well-being of students.

Administer policies, procedures and clinical protocols of George School's Student Health and Wellness Center.

Maintain accurate health records.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Valid RN or LPN license

At least 5 years of experience preferred.

CPR/AED certified required.

Experience in pediatric care preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of relevant health regulations and protocols.

Ability to work effectively in a school environment.
