Above and Beyond Care, LLC (Supportive Living Services) aims to serve individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities on a daily basis, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

Assist client in Activities of Daily Living.

Assist clients by providing transportation to doctor appointments and other outings.

Provide opportunities for community integration.

Engage with clients 1-1 and encourage learning/growth.

Work with clients to reach their personal goals.

Assist in meal prep and offering healthy options.

Assist with medication administration.
-
De-escalate behavior

Teach the client daily living skills and coping skills.

Attend all staff meetings.
-
Maintain a clean and safe household environment.

Encourage healthy life choices.
-
Maintain clear communication with Above and Beyond Care management team.
