Housekeeping Management Team.
We're seeking team members with flexible availability. Your standard schedule will be 12:00 pm – 8:30 pm, with two days per week, though some may start earlier, from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise & Lead Staff: Assign daily tasks, train, and guide housekeeping and janitorial teams to meet quality standards.
- Ensure Cleanliness & Quality: Inspect all floors, common areas, and facilities to ensure top-notch cleanliness.
- Manage Operations: Maintain inventory, oversee laundry, and ensure proper use of cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Uphold Safety & Compliance: Follow OSHA and safety protocols, including PPE use and chemical handling.
- Guest Service Support: Address and resolve guest concerns, coordinating with other departments when needed.
- Report & Follow-Up: Report staff issues and behavior.
- Training & Development: Support onboarding, provide feedback, and assist with performance reviews.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
- Leadership: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team.
- Attention to Detail: Commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Safety Awareness: Knowledge of OSHA and cleaning safety procedures.

Position Details
- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay Rate: $14.50-15.00 per hour
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts, flexible days (Monday–Sunday)
- Weekend and holiday availability is necessary.
A driver's license could help you get hired faster than others.
Pay: $14.50 - $15.00 per hour
