These individuals will be responsible for making sure there is a reason for the Moose, and our guests, to continue smiling after every visit. We are looking for an individual who works well with others in a high-energy environment and is driven by quantifiable results.
Qualified candidates should have:
- An Infectious Smile!!!
- Minimum of 2 years of restaurant supervisor experience
- Strong control over Food Cost Controls, Cash Management, P&L Accountability
- Has the ability to supervise, coach, develops, lead & motivate employees.
- Can establish, maintain and enforce consistently high-performance standards.
- Is capable of adapting his/her leadership style to a variety of situations and scenarios.
- Has the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Open/flexible work availability
- Demonstrate the ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Outstanding guest courtesy skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
