We are seeking a Registrant Engagement Coordinator for an Adult Day Program to help create meaningful experiences that promote resident independence, strengths, talents, and overall well-being.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage new residents, learning about their interests, hobbies, and personal goals.
- Develop and assist in implementing recreational, social, educational, and wellness programs that reflect residents’ interests and abilities.
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment that celebrates each resident’s strengths, talents, and individuality.
- Encourage participation and build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute engaging programs and special events.
- Maintain organized program schedules, documentation, and activity supplies.
Qualifications
- Upbeat, positive personality with a passion for promoting people's strengths, abilities, and quality of life.
- Enjoy working with and being around older adults.
- Patient, compassionate, and adaptable to a wide range of resident needs and abilities.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to think creatively.
- Strong planning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask when needed.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while communicating professionally and effectively.
- Willingness to work holidays and occasional weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
- Creative Arts Therapist, Recreational Therapist, or related experience preferred.
- Creative talents in areas such as art, music, crafts, storytelling, or other expressive arts are a plus.
Schedule & Benefits

- Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekend requirements
