Warehouse worker responsibilities include storing materials, picking, packing and shipping orders. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
- Keep a clean and safe working environment
- Complete diary logs into inventory
- Report any discrepancies
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
- Perform assemblies using small parts and tools
- Follow instructions, quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
- Stock shelves
- Reads customer orders, verifies inventory, and pulls items from shelves or bins.
Skills:
- Ability to operate manual pallet jack
- Must speak English well
- Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects of at least 50 lbs
- Ability to work with very small parts
- Must have transportation to and from work location
Starting salary depending on experience. Our current business hours are 8 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. We offer health benefits and paid time off.
