Position Summary
Provide professional evening commercial cleaning services in Washington DC, ensuring clean, healthy, and safe environments through detailed cleaning and sanitation.
Key Responsibilities
- General commercial cleaning
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and floor care
- Restroom cleaning and sanitation
- Dusting and disinfecting
- Trash removal
- Clean offices and common areas
- Restock supplies
- Follow infection prevention procedures
- Report maintenance issues
- Follow OSHA standards
Qualifications
- Commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Dependable and detail-oriented
- Reliable transportation
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Preferred Certifications
- OSHA 10
- Bloodborne Pathogens
- Biohazard Cleanup
- CPR/First Aid
Safety & Specialized Cleaning
Some assigned facilities provide healthcare or supportive housing services. Employees may occasionally respond to situations involving bloodborne pathogens, bodily fluids, or other regulated biohazards. CleanWise Solutions provides all required personal protective equipment (PPE), specialized training, cleaning products, and established protocols to ensure work is performed safely and in compliance with OSHA, CDC, and applicable local regulations.
