Fish Window Cleaning is a trusted provider of professional window cleaning services.
Positions Available
- Full-Time: Monday–Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Part-Time: 2–3 days per week, 8:00am to 5:00pm or similar schedule
Note: Part-time compensation will be prorated based on the selected compensation plan.
Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door sales. Visit stores, shops, and commercial businesses to offer free estimates for window cleaning services.
- Engage with potential customers, explain service benefits, and close deals.
- Follow up consistently on all estimates delivered to close sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Provide accurate pricing and service details to customers.
- Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable transportation preferred (not required).
- Valid Driver’s License required.
- Willingness to work in the field and visit various businesses.
Compensation
Competitive pay structure with two available plans:
- Base salary $600/week with 10% commission
- Base salary $400/week with 15% commission for candidates who prefer a higher commission model.
Note: The full base salary applies when weekly activity expectations are achieved.
