Service Advisors at One Automotive Group (OAG) are brand ambassadors for the not only the auto brands they represent, but also OAG. We pride ourselves in customer service and finding the right vehicle for each customer, being up front, honest, and upholding the values of the One Automotive brand.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet all customers promptly and in a courteous manner
- Establish rapport with customers
- Communicate effectively with the parts department and technicians in order to complete repairs
- Ability to perform Multi Point Inspections
- Gain in depth knowledge of vehicles and technology
- Follow up with customers and return email/voicemails timely
- Utilize computer programs necessary to complete scheduling and review appointments
- Review Repair Orders to ensure work is completed appropriately

- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements:
- Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Friendly, positive attitude and be a team player
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent listening, telephone, and computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Energetic and ability to work in fast-past environment that offers constant variety
- Prior experience in the automotive industry or as a service advisor is preferred
- Prior experience in a DMS system preferred, but not required
