Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will craft and serve a variety of beverages, provide outstanding customer service, and create memorable experiences for our guests. Your expertise in mixology, beverage presentation, and POS systems will be essential in ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction in a lively hospitality setting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
- Engage with guests to understand their preferences, recommend drinks, and enhance their overall experience.
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards.
- Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to the bar’s creative offerings.
- Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor alcohol consumption responsibly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service coordination during events or busy periods.
Skills
- Extensive cocktail crafting experience with knowledge of mixology techniques.
- Proficiency in POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude.
- Experience working in fine dining or upscale hospitality environments preferred.
- Knowledge of wine varieties, spirits, craft beers, and beverage recipe development.
- Ability to process cash transactions accurately while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
