General Machinist (CNC & Manual) Requirements & Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating both CNC and manual machining equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and work orders
- Experience programming, editing, and operating CNC controls
- Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling selection, and machine setup
- Experience using precision measuring instruments including micrometers and calipers
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality parts
- Ability to work independently and as part of a manufacturing team
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Experience safely operating overhead cranes and material handling equipment
Must Haves:
- CNC machine setup and programming experience
- Manual machining experience with mills, lathes, grinders, or similar equipment
- Blueprint reading proficiency

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC and manual machining equipment to manufacture precision components
- Program, modify, and verify CNC machine instructions as needed
- Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, and materials for each production run
- Inspect completed parts to ensure they meet specifications and tolerance requirements
- Troubleshoot machining issues and make machine or program adjustments
- Perform routine machine maintenance and keep equipment in proper working condition
- Move materials and finished components using overhead cranes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all company safety procedures
