Pay based on experience $18-$19
Shifts: 3pm - 11pm and/or 9am - 3pm Saturday or Sunday
Fill shifts as needed
General Responsibilities:

Assist with individual physical care and behavioral support in their homes

Support social and life skills by planning and participating in activities with individuals in their homes and in the community

Assist individuals in maintaining a clean environment

Complete daily documentation
-
Supervision and support of care staff

Transport individuals to doctor appointments (company vehicle if needed)

Assist individuals with finances
General Requirements:

Pass a background check and drug screen

Aptitude to laugh
-
Utah Driver License & clean driving record

Patience and understanding
-
Participate in paid training
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age

Must pass a drug screening

Must pass a criminal background check
-
Must be able and willing to lift over 50 lbs
