,Responsibilities/Qualifications:
- Able to create unique hand-tied floral bouquets on spot, trained by head desinger
- Greet customers warmly and work out problems or reasons for calling.
- Skillful in working under pressure during busy times like holidays
- Assist with placement of orders, flowers and reserving what needs to be reserved
- Must be available during normal business hours & ALL holidays, no matter what(deal breaker)
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Taking initiative, being a team leader, and working together
- Knowing how to most importantly meet sales.
- Running shop errands and chores.
