Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Breakfast Attendant and Front Desk Staff member, where you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for our guests. Your energetic and friendly presence will ensure that breakfast service runs smoothly while providing exceptional customer service at the front desk. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine hospitality, food handling, and guest relations in a fast-paced, lively setting. You will be responsible for preparing and serving breakfast items, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and assisting guests with their needs to ensure a memorable stay.
We are looking for someone to cover Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday mornings specifically, and maybe some weekend mornings once in a while
Afternoon shifts checking people in is also needed and would provide extra hours for this candidate.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures at the front desk.
- Prepare, serve, and replenish breakfast offerings with attention to presentation and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly with a positive attitude.
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as setting up buffet stations or assembling meal components.
- Monitor dietary restrictions and special requests to accommodate guest needs effectively.
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or hospitality.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and warmly.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures, food safety standards, and sanitation practices.
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members.
