Advanced Professional Cleaning, LLC is seeking a reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cleaning Technician.
This position is responsible for the general cleaning and maintenance of a professional office building. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates effectively, and can work independently while maintaining our high standards of service.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM
- Part-Time Position
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, cafeteria, offices, and common areas
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust assigned areas
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Replenish restroom and kitchen consumables as needed
- Communicate any issues, supply needs, or building concerns to management
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while representing the company
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen (required due to facility security requirements)
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have strong communication skills
- Must be dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required

Pay: $19.00 - $20.50 per hour
