- QUALIFICATIONS*
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must pass an employer paid physical and get a TB clearance
- Must clear an employer paid background check
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Driver License preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- DUTIES*
- Advisors, Your day will consist of developing and/or following a curriculum to assist our clients in learning how to choose a career/seek employment/be successful in employment/participate in community integration and learn how to independently care for themselves in all aspects of their life.
- Mentors, You will assist our clients while they are working out in the community to ensure their success and assist with their training in paid work and volunteer sites. These duties will require you to drive company vehicles and to be flexible with your hours.

- Pay is DOE and your position will start at 18.00 per hour.
