Responsibilities
- Provide care to all patient populations for therapeutic purposes
- Provide diagnostic procedures
- Review and maintain respiratory care plans
- Perform evaluations on patients and adjust care appropriately
- Assist as preceptor for students and new hires
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of a respiratory therapy program
- Must possess a valid RRT credential from NBRC
- Must have state license for RRT practitioners
- CPR cert required
- ACLS and NRP required, or obtained within 6 months of hire
- PALS and Stable preferred
